Guest Experience Officer
This role is the first point of contact for our Manuhiri as they enter our Whare. You will provide outstanding customer service through the operation of the front reception, handling bookings and enquiries, and general customer support in accordance with established operational routines and procedures.

Maintenance Officer
The role of the Maintenance Officer is to perform all maintenance requirements and procedures to protect the assets, ensure maximum efficiency, maintain customer service levels and minimise disruptions to guests.
The hours of work would be 10pm – 8:30am per shift which may include some weekend works over the roster period. Casual and part time positions available. Apply Online.
Cafe Attendant
We are looking food and beverage attendants to provide daily cafe duties by taking orders, preparing and serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. Spa Therapist
We require passionate and skilled Massage Therapists to join our team. You will be required to deliver unrivalled customer care and skilled expertise in all guest encounters from treatment delivery and retail recommendations. Spa Attendant
This role is to provide high levels of customer supervision, safety and guidance around all pool areas. Ensure a smooth and comfortable spa experience for guests by greeting them, providing orientation and maintaining cleanliness. Experience with life guarding and first aid beneficial.
